The Space Lofts is a brand new building in 2004 with mostly 2 storey lofts with the bedroom on the upper level and huge floor to ceiling windows spanning 18 feet.

There are also typical condos on the higher floors in the building at 255 Richmond St E. Facilities include a gym, sauna, rec room and concierge. Space does provide affordable stylish interiors steps to downtown. Rising 15 levels and housing some 200 units, Space features two level lofts for 8 floors and then one level flats to the 15th floor. All suites feature balconies and all lofts feature 16’8” ceilings.
